Back pain and numb hands?

had lower back pain couldn't stand more than fifteen minutes at a time went to dr had mri done on lower back said i had degenerative disc and two slight bulges so sent me to chiropractor went for two month no help sent me to physical therapy no help sent me to pain clinic they gave me joint injections no help went back gave me epidural injections day after right hand started tingling now both hands tingle and numb all the time seen neurologist had mri of neck done said came back as clear but i got results myself and says I had multilevel spondylosis and osteophytes when i called neurologist nurse said he told her everything looks fine send me to pain clinic told them i already been to one and they said sorry. so my question is what is wrong with me because back still hurts from lower back to middle back both hands are tingling and numb all the time and sometimes sharp pain in left back of head?
