Turtle crisis, what should i do?

the other day, when my family was eating dinner Joi said "whats that by Bella?" our cat. we looked and found it was a female painted turtle- right next to our pool! she came all the way up from the pond! when dad picked her up we noticed she was trying to continue kicking a piece of dirt- uh-oh. eggs.my sister looked around the dirt and found at least five eggs. right next to our chlorinated swimming in-ground pool. we came up with a solution that should help the eggs, but what do you guys think? what should we do?
