Neck pain - what can I do?

I know I have degenerative disc and arthritis in my neck. Today I can barely turn my head toward the right due to intense pain. What kind of pillow could I use to alleviate pain that may be caused during sleep time? I tend to sleep on my stomach. Any other helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
