My skin feels like it's on fire after a shower?

It's extremely hot here and no rain for months.I live in AZ in an RV park with well water.I've used this water for 6 years.Could it be because of low water in the well?No itching or rash just a burning sensation all over my body.Same soap and shampoo i always use.
