Can someone help with MRI results?

I had an MRI and cant understand it maybe someone else can. saying: The scout images which include visualization of the cervical spine identify significant disc pathology at the C5-C6 and C6-C7 disc levels. The thoracic disc spaces are well hydrated with the exception of the T3-T4 disc, which is desiccated and minimally narrowed. Scout images demonstrate significant degenerative disc disease and suspected central canal stenosis at the C5-C6 and C6-C7 disc levels in the lower cervical spine. can someone put this in english for me please.
