Why does the daily mail keep slagging off the disabled?

everytime you look in the paper they make a big issue of how most disabled people are 'NOT'. i admit, a lot aren't but for the genuine disabled people they are being pulled left right and centre every few months to fill in massive forms and attend ongoing medicals that are fixed by the dwp to get them back to work, no matter how ill they are and have serious degenerative illnesses and diseases will never get better. why doesn't the daily mail write about what the government is putting them through or haven't they got the guts!
